Orders handled within 1–3 business days after payment.
No processing on weekends or holidays.

Tracking number and carrier info sent by email once dispatched.

Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

Incorrect/incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

Drift Urban is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

Returns

At Drift Urban , refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card.
No cash, bank, or card refunds.

Store credit issued within 7 business days after inspection of returned item.

Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order.
